Guys cheers.

Paul yerr this is a little bit on the passenger rear wheel arch about the size of half a five pence piece and yes it will get done as soon as I have the time. Must say I have never seen a white valver either.

I will try and get a decent picture to put in the gallery once I have given the paint work a good clean and waxed.

Wow, I cant believe some of you guys have never seen a white valver! It was my first proper performance car, after I sold my AX GT. It was on a J plate. I only had it a week before I traded it in for a Pug 205 1.9 GTi. The pug was quicker, but not as refined inside as the valver.

Actually yerr clear side repeater would look nice....

When you about Tom as you can kill two birds with one stone...

Pop down this Saturday and I can show you and take you out in the valver and then take you out on the ZXR400 to show you how it goes...

Mikey, apart from the car being very clean for the age the wheels are mint and that kinda swayed my decision to buy it. They have YOKO rubber on, is this any good ?

Tom, Drop me a line before you come down and remember to bring down a bash hat cause I aint got a spare one....

Mikey, It has the odd paint chip but nothing like some of the boulder damage I have seen on other 16vs.

Nothing soon mate but as I said on the euro trip the turbo is being bolted on next year. This year I am going to tidy up the little bits and get it spot on bodywork wise first....

TB would be loads cheaper and if they improve things anything like the Twin 40s did on my Nova GTE then I would be well happy!!!

The noise is better than any dump valve!!! hehe

I reckon if you use the base engine (whether thats the 1764 or the 1998), you could do a TB conversion for about £3000. I couldnt tell you whether that would make as much power as a low-boost BB turbo conversion, but it sure would make at least half as much extra power for half the cost.

BTW went to see Wongy last night and he cant believe how clean the car is, he said it was a very very good price I got it for (£2K) and its worth about £2.5k-£3K....

I am in the market for a 16v too I think, I was looking at a VTR but I dunno waht to do, the Clio just hold a special place for me ! Miss my 172 so much !

Get a 16v there are bad is a good way, handle really well and go like sh1te of a shovel... you wont be dissapointed matey...

I better get one soon then for York mate ! Had such an awesome time last year, will bring the missus along too ! I am sure she will love it ! She aint got no choice ! ha ha !

I am looking on autotrader.co.uk all the time and there are some really nice looking ones, looking around the £3,000 mark so if you know of anyone selling a standard (or as close to standard as poss.) 16v then let me know.

Would prefer a stage 2 16v too, M reg onwards but if a nice older one is available then I will take a good look.

Just keep on looking mate there are some standard ones around but you gotta have a good eye to spot one. Wongy is getting rid of his or so he told me and it is a deep blue. Look on the gallery its lovely...

sup Mike ! Things are awesome (apart from work) at the moment ! The Ka is going well but I just need the extra ooomph ! Was looking at an X reg VTR or something but I dunno what to do, the 16v is calling !

CB, I will keep looking, I am in no particular rush at the moment which is good, allows me to get a good one. I will take a look at Wongys but if you say it is mint and he is selling it then I will take your word for it and take a look.
