Indeed, I had the pleasure of owning one in dark silver colour for about 3 weeks, was my cousins, he went to New York and asked me to look after it, the thing was epic, I know nothing about Evo tuning, but I know he had about 8K spent on the engine and was running circa 450Bhp, he had boost pretty low as he had new internals fitted and didn't want to thrash it for a while, he had it running at about 500Bhp when he finished, I was scared to drive it, I have never been in anything as fun since, he swapped it with cash he's way for a pretty decent tuned Scooby a year later as he got bored He now owns a few Golfs including a Mint Mk1 GTi, more money then sense!

You will love it, I loved it when I had (borrowed) mine!

Ah nice one. My mate also has one.. also in white

However, the car developed a slight problem the night before our 'Ring trip last year, which resulted in him having to source a new engine. He now has an Evo 8 lump in it, pushing (at the mo) around 600bhp.
