its over 100mm at the back and about 75mm front

Ive tried it the other way round, but IMO it handles better the way ive set it up, "like a boat" eh Daz?? Ill take you out in it at the next meet!!!!!

I originally did it just for looks, but im very surprised at how much the handling has improved!!!! Its much better than the 60mm springs+shocks i had on before

I think I need to get some now, for the handling alone - everyone single person who has had them say the handling is LOADS better than any other setup theyve ever been in/driven.. time for me to treat my little Clio methinks.
