pictures of base model clios.....

Hi, im new 2 the forum, and the clio scene. I know next to nothing about clios and would like to see pictures of what you have done to your base model clios. Also what models were they with 1.4s and what equipment did u get with them ?? did they come with rev counter, leccy windows, central locking etc. ?? We are talking the old shape clios here !!!! cos thats all i can afford !! Cheers for any help in advance !!

Alright m8,

i got a 1.4RT it comes with Electric window, remote central locking, rev counter erm tryin to think wot else! its got 95k and i bought it for £1150

So far ive done a few modz K&N induction kit, de-cat pipe, 3" backbox, sound system with 12" sub, 15" alloys, debadged, colour coded trims.

nice car !! I will only do a few bits and bobs to it, i wont go mad on a full on bodykit, but im gonna start looking for one now cos my birthday is in June. Ill av a quick gander in the gallery, but anyone else who wants 2 post pics please do !!!!

This is my 1.4 RT. Standard equipment is body coloured bumpers, electric windows, sunroof, optional PAS, remote central locking, rev counter, decent handling and rattly interior.

All Ive done to mine externally is the 15in wheels with 195/45 tyres, a 40mm drop, and clear side repeaters!

ive noticed on a few clios that they have got 17s on them. How much work is needed to get them 2 fit comfortably ??? is it a case of attacking the arches ?

On a non 16v it requires quite a bit of work to get the car to sit right on 17s. Alternatively you can just fit the wider 16v arches and 17s got straight on.
