Nice, I frankly don't think I got much more peak bhp from the mods, but the car definately feels quicker now from 3000-4000 also runs faster trough the higher revs.

I have been thinking about RR but it's too much money for 2 runs and 1 run would point out nothing. Since all clio's have different power and all RR are different aswell.

What is your job you sound you know your bit about clio's? (you own a RR ?? )

I was involved with datalogging in clioracing for 4 years (jetstream-bleekemolen)...and no I don't own a RR. We did a LOT of tests during the races with all kinds of mods on the RS's....so I guess I know what brings something and what not ahhaha. And thesadays Henks' software brings all our expensive testing into one nice little package which comes close to the real stuff...(www.fastchip.nl)

@D1cky, The sand was laying ontop of the inletmanifold, when I removed it the sand felt down in the ports. I removed all and the car is running fine. (inlet was cleaned with brake-cleaner and airblasting before fitting)

Anyone know what size the inlet mani gasket is aprox Width x Height?? Ta

I haven't measured but there is a thread on here. I could measure the gasket since I have replaced mine. (will post tonight if I don't forget)

I think 51-52x31mm but as said I need to check

did you match the plenham to the lower manifold too?

Im actually gunna have a spare manifold soon, dont know if its worth pissing around with though. I'm also gunna try and make some PTFE gaskets with a scalpel and a few other bits and bobs only cost like £9 for 2 sheets so thought what the hell.

No I did not do any work on the plenham, but I did smooth down that side on the lower manifold. (there is a big lip on the side)

BTW the gasket is 52x31mm

Feelx I meant the actual length of the gasket not the individual ports. But no worries i just went out and got an estimate!!

I could get a precise measurement if you want just give me a PM if you want one. The gasket is still sitting on the manifold I removed from my car.

the outer dimensions are 390 x 78-79mm (gasket manifold --> head engine)
