it's entirely possible they just use a single loom for all cars regardless of spec/options so there are just plugs left over which they just sort of tuck away somewhere.
or it could be someone has deliberately unplugged it to stop a fault light.. or make the car go faster or something

Mate whole b*****d car doesn't work, It's been well over 2 years I've tried to fix this damn car and it just wont work!
I thought since it's a wire coming from the fuse box from the engine bay, it must have something to do with that
I started the car up today as I charged the battery to full, it did start up however a strong smell of petrol was coming out of the exhaust and the car seems to lose power as soon as I accelerate or use other electrics in the car. I've made a thread here last year but didn't solve the problem and even had a member from here who was kind enough to come over and have a look but he didn't have a clue either

the yellow box with a heart rate is on in the dash and thats the only light i remember coming up before the car got ruined
Had a snap-on check and it came back as ECU Memory power supply
