Pink and black wire with a black plastic cover from under the bonnet fuse box

  1999 Clio RT 1.6
I was wondering does anyone know where the pink and black wire goes, it comes from the fuse box underneath the bonnet but its not connected to anything, anywhere it's just loose in there and I don't know where its become loose from?

I'm trying to get a picture of it up real soon!

e2a.

Pictures
and the car is Clio Mk2 RT from 1999 and Automatic

just a bonus wire in case you need a spare for anything.

sorry.
it's entirely possible they just use a single loom for all cars regardless of spec/options so there are just plugs left over which they just sort of tuck away somewhere.
or it could be someone has deliberately unplugged it to stop a fault light.. or make the car go faster or something :p
Does anything not work?

Someone who knows more is bound to come along with a full wiring diagram or something

Mate whole b*****d car doesn't work, It's been well over 2 years I've tried to fix this damn car and it just wont work!

I thought since it's a wire coming from the fuse box from the engine bay, it must have something to do with that

I started the car up today as I charged the battery to full, it did start up however a strong smell of petrol was coming out of the exhaust and the car seems to lose power as soon as I accelerate or use other electrics in the car. I've made a thread here last year but didn't solve the problem and even had a member from here who was kind enough to come over and have a look but he didn't have a clue either :(

One day, the car just stopped working
the yellow box with a heart rate is on in the dash and thats the only light i remember coming up before the car got ruined
Had a snap-on check and it came back as ECU Memory power supply

Is it anything to so with the coil pack at all? Any photos of the whole engine bay?

All the cables are connected to the coil pack, and I'm pretty sure I even got a brand new coil pack at one stage when I bought a brand new battery and few other parts that CS members recommended

I can get you a whole picture of the engine bay mate, I just got to wait for my phone to charge
