Pioneer DEH-4500BT & 2010 rs200 advice needed

I'm looking at the Pioneer DEH-4500BT and am looking for a patch lead allowing me to use both the steering column controls and the display on the dashboard.

can anyone help or perhaps steer me in the right direction?
