Pioneer deh600bt clio compatible?

Are deh 600 bt headunits compatible with stalk controlls in a clio anyone pls.

Don't you need the pioneer plugs and what not?

Im not sure if all headunits were clio compatible? also if stalk adaptors were available for new headunits because my old 2003 pioneer I removed from my Raider is not.
