Pipe from injector area to throttle body

Seem to have a pipe missing from mine? Have looked at other photos and there seems to be a pipe leading from this area to the throttle body, Induction kit has been fitted. Any ideas? Photo attached (not of my car)

Ph1's ran a fuel pressure regulator there so at a guess the pipe would have been vacuum related, whereas ph2's don't hence the missing pipe/regulator
