But does anyone have a pdf or any info about PK4 gearbox ratios, specifically M9R (PK4001/006/013)? I'll be rebuilding a spare box with a Megane 250 LSD but need the gearset to be the same, but as there are about 75 million variations of this box I'll need data for the different variations

Hi mates, great thread. looking to fit my Pk6 gearbox back into my Laguna, can you fit the final drive diff gears from a PK4 into the Pk 6 to get a better ratio?

Did you manage to find out what you were looking for? From the charts recieved i m not able to say which code has a longer final drive!

What i am actually trying to find out is what code has the longest final drive to be the longest package? I want to upgrade my manual gearbox from an espace4 2.0 dci 150 hp to something longer. Now i am running 150 kmh on 3k rpm and thats to short

Yes he sorted it mate.

He upgraded his gearbox to a ZF 6HP, it came with a free BMW 5 series attached to it.

I had my Megane 175 gearbox rebuilt (PK4013) with a Megane 150 estate gearset (PK4 001) and a Megane 250 Cup LSD, the 001 had a longer final drive, at 75mph it was 2000rpm whereas it was 2250rpm on the 013 box

My mate might still have the gearbox for sale, as I sold the car to him for him to break

Longest final drive is 18/59 which is a 3.27

yes. i finally figured it out how to calculate I see that 004 has 4th 5th 6th longer than 001 but has a shorter final drive. So the 004 gearbox with the 001 final drive woult be the longest package. do you know how difficult is to change the final drive?

I've no idea, I don't build gearboxes.
