Plastic waterpump impeller

I'm in the process of replacing my waterpump on my 182. I've recently purchased a Febi waterpump and it has arrived. I've noticed the impeller is plastic as apposed to the Renault metal item.

Should I fit a genuine item with metal impeller or stick this plastic one in?


I've done a search but can't find anything.

Sack it off and get one with a metal impeller.
