Playstation 3 - Friends/messages

Is there a quick way to delete all messages recieved by friends? ATM i'm clicking on message list and deleteing every message individually and its taking the piss.

Yes, messages or just before think its triangle and then delete all.

Pah... More like I have a lot of friends that i've never met lol. HAlf of them are just people I speak too on here.
