Please Advise....

Last night i was driving , i came off the motorway and then stoped at a round a bout then went to go round it when,

My battery light and stall light came on and my power stering went for about 2 seconds and also the car started to stop as if it had cut out , then all of a sudden the lights went off and the power stering came back.

Anyone have any ideas?

Mine did something very similar mate - it used to cut out alltogether for some reason and then just need starting back up again instantly -turned out my prob was that my cam belt was slipping slightly so had to have it replaced - just an idea but it does sound like mine

Did you mean Aux belt?

this is the 1st time it has happened, whats the AUX belt?

And how much we talking?

You may be able to just tighten it, its the belt from the engine to the power steering pump and the altinater. *sp

Should be about a tenner and you can do it your self.

Check the tension on the one you have first!
