please help buzzing on ignition on :(

hi guys need some advice.

i have a 2003 clio 172 sport and when i switch the ignition on there is a buzzing coming from the dashboard? when i try to start it there is a louder clicky kind of buzz but not the sound of the starter motor jamming? is there a common fault with the clio starter or relay? any advice would help?

you sure the buzzing is not coming from close to the roof lights? if so its climate control fan/sesnor

If it's from the bay then put the bonnet up. My throttle body casing makes a buzz with the ignition on.

Would imagine it the climate control temp sensor as said.
