hi guys how do you remove the rear bumper inserts on the 172 bumper as i am picking anew one up 2mora to put on does it just push out un clip from behind and the new one clip back in cheers many thanks

you mean the plastic single insert that clips in.

i remove it by prising a blunt kitchen knife inbetween the bumper and the insert. have to be careful not to damage anything, unless your a professional

chers guys thanks for that...the rear bumper was repaired when i got it but the black insert had a bit of overspray of laquer? can the laquer be removed without me buying a brand new one cheers

pop it out n jet wash it? should remove it all as it wont have been prepped. dont jet wash it close while its on though as you'll blow the paint off the bumper more than likely.
