Just bought a set of Alpine SXE-1325S speakers for the front doors.....
Unscrewered the old ones off, and for aynone whos done this will now theres a small white clip on the back that you simply clip off the speaker to release it: as shown below
The problem is the clip will not clip on to the back of the alpine speakers.....as the "pegs" (probably not the correct word) are facing the wrong way as shown below:
Just wondering do i have to cut the two wire above the white clip and thread them through the hole in the "peg"....just worried about cutting the white thing off........
