Whats the best method for polishing a plenum chamber??

best thing to do is get a metal polisher to machine polish it for you for ~50 quid

if you do it yourself you need lots of wet and dry of various grades, a lot of spare time, and fingers that are used to getting loads of blisters lol

How long would it take a metal polisher do you think? Obviously the cars out of action while its being done. Can it be done on the car? Thanks, Matt

Oh ok, so only a day job for a metal polisher then. How easy is it the get the plenum chamber and fuel rail guard off the car, or do they not come off? Stupid question I know...
