Looks about right, should have a sleeved spacer under the bearing assembly and then the securing nut with a built in sleeved spacer which slide in place between the shock piston and the top mount bearing

Yeah that's what we've got. Top cone (green) then a large flange washer, bottom half of PMS spacer, mount, top half of PMS spacer/nut
