Pointless Cup Holders

While parked up beside a bin at work, the car got a bit of a clean out.......i.e. finally throw away all of the junk that seems to naturally accumulate over time! Once I had cleaned out the 45p and dozen or so loose pieces of chewing gum from the cup holders in front of the gearstick I had a thought.....

Has anyone ever actually used this for anything other than storing stuff? I mean, Im not sure that anything other than a super small espresso can fit in there!! This has to be the most pointless design ever!

Actually they are just the right size for a couple of can drinks. I use them all the time!

Except when you go round a corner a bit quick and the can turns the cup holder into a wee lake!!!

Hmmmmm.........coca cola on the gearstick cover!! I cant think of anything stickier...........er, well I can, but Im going to drop this one now.....
