Polishing??

not sure if its in the right placebut....

i know someone on here has polished their exhausts bits on the engine...

was it easy to do? or did you send it away? how much etc

think it looks awesome and it would be subtle to go with the alloy header tank.

add pics if you have em too please

The exhaust is on the back and mild steel so wo'nt be getting polished
You mean the inlet plenum and angine mount etc. Middo paid £60 for his plenum, fuel rail cover and throttle body which is bloody good and they made a top job. Drop him a OM for details!

I did mine myself, some pay for it from polishers.

Easy to do with a good linishing kit. Mine needs a repolishing, as aluminium tends not to stay shiny.

what did you use for that Rich?

mine is getting there, but i'm definitely doing it myself as i can't find another inlet.

I loved that car so much I kept licking it... and eventually it went all shiny :S
