on the 172 cup , can anyone confirm the location of the filter being behind the glove box ??

Its in the engine bay (drivers side ) on the opposite side to where the screen wash bottle is under a black plastic cover , behind the brake fluid bottle ,held down with some clips .

Its under the drivers side scuttle panel.

I've taken off my scuttle panel (black bit by wiper) and cant see my pollen filter box anywhere.. can anyone point me in the right direction, maybe show me on a engien picture? mines a 172 (not the cup version, so assume i have one)

Cheers guys.. but yeah had that panel off.. but can't see a filter box under there! all bits are wired to black boxes, and bits that bolt down with what looks like bolts which shouldnt be undone! So cant see which one is it, that houses the filter.

Anymore help REALLY appreciated..

How much is it to get one on it's own and where from?

My 48k service is coming up. Renault Manchester quoted me £200 without pollen filter or £240 with. I'm trying to decide what to do.

You can get the pollen filter from renault, think I payed £14 a month ago.
