haha oh well, we live and learn i guess! on the bright side the ktec exhaust i fitted on the weekend went on a treat, well impressed.

Must admit thats one i thing i hate about polybush kits is that the washers are always just loose in the box.....

Its a pretty vital component... A washer for the top and bottom, if not you have the whole force of the engine pushing and pulling on a piece of polyurethane

They should put instructions in the box tbh
They do, albeit pretty generic ones, printed on one of the flaps you have to open to get in and at the bushes. Occasionally there's even additional printed info on a little slip of paper, i.e. Wishbone bushes to instruct you to get the sleeve welded to the arm.

happened to me, with the washer on i add! i emailed powerflex and in the morning on the door mat was a new one! great customer service, you should do the same and say there was no washer in the kit, thay will prob send you a new bush and a washer.

You'll have a job...unless you really want an envelope filled with Polyurethane ashes.

I emailed Powerflex and explained the problem and asked if i could buy the split bush seperately to save me buying a complete kit again and they are sending me replacement parts free of charge :)
