Unfortunetly the replacement ones are a pain also, What i did with outer drop links is to get a piece of flat wood or metal and vice grips to clamp bolt head tight to upperside of wishbone, so as it will not rise up. Then assemble bottom half in correct order, i.e bush, roll bar end, bush, washer. Then using a trolley jack on roll bar, push it up until thread becomes exposed, make sure, metal end washer is on then get e few turns on thread, release jack and tighten up, if struggling to expose thread, tap on a socket on the washer until you can see enough thread to catch bolt. Inner ones which clamp to wishbone are a serious pain as in haynes manual it says you need to remove whole roll bar, which supposedly means taking off downpipe. However you dont really need to take roll bar off as you can slide them up length of roll bar, but it takes a while and you will swear alot. Use grease to help it along to where it is supposed to fit on bar. have fun, let us know if my ramblings arent clear
