Possible Brake Problem

Hi guys,

i have an '03 DCi 80, ive noticed then when the ABS should come on, the brakes make a noise like a sping being snapped or let go or something rather than the normal ABS sound that im used to from other cars!

it still seems to stop still

is this normal for a clio????
