possible dephaser problem ?

just recently bought a clio sport 172 apparently known as (harvey) colour combination of silver and orange was in french car magazine it seems to be making a knocking noise possible dephaser problem from what you guys have written about before on here i was just wondering where the best place to take the car to in or around berkshire area ? any ideas or where i can get parts from for good prices ? cheers
