Possible new shocks needed? Advice please

Hi guys,

Hoping one of you can help me out, just as of a couple days ago, noticed a sort of thumping noise coming from I think the back right of the car when I hit small bumps and things in the road, is it likely that the shock is done? Car only has 45k on it...

If it is that, is it best to replace both rears together? Or all together?

They break quite often, so it probably is, also yes replace both.

my rear shocks were leaking bad at around 45-50k so no surprise if yours are on their way out
