Posting pictures - help needed

Need to post some pictures in the for sale section. Im using a Mac G4, and have no idea how to do it. They are saved as Jpegs. Do I need the pictures hosting? Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

ok if uve got the pics on to your pc then just click the http://forum.cliosport.net/forum_images/post_button_upl_image.gif button and upload your pics ! then take the link it gives u and click this button http://forum.cliosport.net/forum_images/post_button_image.gif add the link and click ok, job done.
