powder coating

Im thinking of getting my alloys powder coated in anthracite grey but wud just like to clear a few things up 1st.

Firstly is the process any good or just a crock of s**t

Secondly how long would it last as i dont want it done then it chip off or look crappy in a few months time

As far as i know its fine.

Got mines powdered. Make sure you protect them with wax etc

powder coating is generally more durable than paint

Aye, is considered to be stronger than paint, so probably the best method of refurbing available for wheels.

From what I've seen the finish is just as good as paint.

Fried, your PM's are full, so:

Just wondering if you could give me a basic price for a set of 16's and a set of 15's to be refurbed in an alternative colour.

Tyre removal and refitting will need to be included, as well as the re-painting of centre caps.

Haven't gone through the proper quote request on the site yet, as this won't be until March-time, but would be good to get an idea of price...
