Power Boost Valve

One quick question!

Next week I get neu cams, chip, air filter and cat bypass.
Can someone tell me if I must get Power boost valve to or is the serial good too?
I have Clio 172 Mk1 !

DEJAN can you post after you have got your cams install and tell us what the difference is?. Dont really know much about the PBV.

Ask Nick Read about this. He is experienced in fitting the PBV in the dark as well...

You dont have to get one.
When cars are camed up the often run a bit ruff on tick over and at low revs.
The power boost valve would sort this out cos all it does is up the fuleing.
Well it alows you to make maule adjustments on it.
If your gettin a chip tho it may sort all this out. Depends what chip and wether its set up for topend power or just to equle out the running.
