Power cable route via passenger bulk head?

Hi im currently doing a custom boot install in my clio 16valver, i know i can route the power cable via the passenger bulkhead but i think i will need to drill a hole near the washer jet bottel is there a way of avoiding drilling a hole?

I used a grommet on the bulkhead on the passenger side, not too sure what other wires went through it.

I'll try and get a picture for you tonight.
