POWER Steering Feels a bit heavy some times and light issue

hello all

i noticed that sometimes my steering feels heavy and some times light its very intermitenant i looked everywhere for the where the PAS fluid goes and i couldnt find it.

is it an electronic one no wonder anyway can anyone help with this please and it creeks sometimes as well.

It will be electric. Have you had any other issues with the battery or alternator?

how are you mate?

i didnt know that, mate is there anyone you kow whos a renault specialist or know their way around cars, i keep getting a small banging noise from the back on passanger side of the car.

its like enar the exhaust area, when i accelrate and go over speed bums the noise knocks consistantly 3 times. its very strange.

any help would be great.

yeah its electric, mine does it every now and then it just stops working for no reason, no lights no nothing.
you have to turn off/start it up a few times and i fires back up

get a speed sensor fault up on abs/electric steering ecu's but its only intermittant.
so to remedy the problem once and for all it will be finding a new home in the skip saturday when my engine goes in

that sounds about the issue to me mate, and anyone knows how to fix it?

the stealers said bring it on sat and they can put it on the computer!

Could it be the battery needs changing? Does any other symptoms show e.g. does your dash keep reseting itself most times you start?
