Power steering fluid- does it ever need changing?

Do you ever nerd to change this? If so, how many miles/ at what age etc?

Won't hurt to change if you wanted to do it. Otherwise it'll survive ok without.

Is it easy to change do you know?

Not terribly difficult, hardest part is picking a point to drain the system. Dropping the return from the rack will get most of the old stuff out, then refill with fresh fluid and bleed.
