Power steering fluid

I was going to change my Power steering fluid on my non cup 172 at the weekend. Does it matter what type i use? Opie recommends Dextron IID and dextron III. Dextron III would be useful as it's the same as my subaru, which also needs doing.
Any recommendation for brand? It's a weekend and 3/4 trackdays per year car.
