Power steering rack

Can you fit a power steering rack from a 1998 1.9D onto a 1994 1.9D???

i would say yes, you'll need PAS pump and some other ancillaries to make the PAS work.

What ancillaries?? I know of the PAS pump, the electohydraulic pump...

PAS pump, a the right belt to drive it... not too sure if there is anything else.

Does the 94 model already have PAS? If not you'll need a PAS steering column too
