Powerflex anti roll bar bushes

Done a search but have found mixxed answers, if anyone knows the anti roll bar bush sizes for the 172 cup it would my much appreciated .

any reason why you want poly ones as the OEM items are pretty good.

Had polybushes on my 106gti made such a difference ! Want to make the best use of my suspension .
