Powerflow

Can powerflow usually tweek/adjust the sound of an exhaust or would they need to completely replace a middle box for example?

I've had my exhaust done and it sounds class although when i've had people sitting in the back they have commented it's rather boomy to their ears...

When i got my cat back exhaust from powerflow the guy tried on several back boxes til i heard the one i liked the best . Its a nice note , not too loud but when you floor it people always look ,lol . It'll probably get a little bit louder over the next few weeks according to the guy at powerflow as it carbs up .

Turn your music up or get em some ear plugs . Enjoy the sound mate ;)

the mid section will not alter the sound its the rear box, the onlt thing u could do is ask him if he could fit a baffel to it

Its a bit that welded inside the pipe to disrupt air flow, and hence quieten the exhaust.

bet they fooking love picky fukers like you lot at performance exhaust places lol

my powerflow dealer was really good and fitted me several silencers free of charge till they got the sound right. Just depends if yours is just as good

if u like the sound, dont worry about it. from what i can tell it doesnt matter what exhaust you have it's always boomy in the back. i've gone from back box only to catback and decat, on 3 separate occasions, all sounded different but all where Boomy in the back

It does make a noise.... oh... you mean apart from rattling...? oh...well... my bad! ;)
