powerfow or ktec

right im having a bit of a dilema, have a 16valve at the mo with a powerfow exhaust(backbox) i also have a ktec decat pipe to go on it, was going to have the rest of the system made up but its going to be 230 quid, i thought u could get full ktec stainless systems for 220 wiith decat and 4.5 backbox in which case i may sell my powerflow backbox and brandnew decat? wot u lot reckon?? has any 1 got any ktec exhausts on a valver and can someone send me some photos ta.

The K-Tec System for the Valver sounds superb..

I have a Powerflow Backbox myself, but I dont have a valver.

I hate Powerflow as their systems do rot! I know they are garaunteed but I prefer well made systems that at least keep the shiny look for a bit longer than the 2 minutes my powerflow system did.

Question: The K-Tec exhaust will be tested to make sure it is working right, the powerflow one is just a stainless copy of your origional? I would prefer to go with one made by a Renault tuner myself, might just be me though..........

A lad at the midlands rolling road has a Ktec. Heard it at the rolling road - after hearing that within a couple of months i will have a full system fitted to mine!! Superb sound!

nah some 1 did mention longlife though, at the mo its booked in for the powerflow but i think ill cancel, and sell the powerflow backbox which is a nice boxer shape,can someone post some picts of the ktec on one of there cars for me please ta

... is a K-Tec, but bambam also has a K-Tec and his the Letterbox one. Dunno if thats only available for the mk2 newer Clios though?

I have Powerflow, but havnt cleaned it yet - I reckon if I got some stainless steel cleaner, itd be shiny again - its shiny a bit when you rub it normally, so cleaner would really bring it up. What with all the salt and water on the roads at the moment, I think Ill wait.

Thanx daz mate, have the letter box type at the mo but its a bit bigger than that and slightly upswept,so thatl be for sale soon,what do u think is a good price to ask??do i get a discount from kte c for being a member?

New, powerflow wanted £130 for that when I asked (Just backbox).. Single, upswept letterbox.

to late kids just ordered it(the ktec one)having it fitted on friday so i hope itll be here,how long do they take to come??also i thought it was 10 % discount but the bloke only said 5.. got a decat pipe to go on as well, hop its good, so powerflow one is now up for sale.
