pre-cat lambda

  Clio 182
Hi all, the garage has my 182 back under warranty after the emission light has come on they have cleaned the sensor and the light has gone away, would it be better for them to replace the sensor? A speedy reply would be very much appreciated! thanks, Jack

Depends how old the sensor is? If it had covered a few thousand miles and was only a year old I wouldn't bother changing, if it was many years old though I would do it - they're not overly expensive though tbh so couldn't hurt.
