Pre fcs detail

I decided to PC the car this bank holiday weekend for fcs next week. It hadn't been done since last may so was in need of doing having lots of swirls in the paint and a general lack of colour. Still need to take the wheel off and give them a good going over then the interior but that can be done in the week. wanted to get the paint out the way 1st lol. Not the best pics in the world as it just started to rain so on my drive will have to do

urm a little but then i also thought the HD wax sets quite hard so it is kind of needed , i was sweating anyway when removing it lol:clown:

Looks good mate, do 2 panels at a time using HD mate and it'll come off fine.

Northy: I haven't sorted it yet but i do have another door to replace it with at last lol , i got a pair when someone decided that my drivers door would look good after they kicked the s**t out of it:dapprove:

Gally : yep thats EZ Glaze with Acrylic shine II, i quick run down of what i used is :

Meguiars G220
Meguiars clay with auto glym rapid detailer
Menzerna Final finish PO106FA applied on a sonus sfx-2 polishing pad
CG Ez creme Glaze applied on a sfx-3 finishing pad
Auto glym HD wax applied by hand.

took the best part of 2 days to do lol. gonna give it another layer of wax before the weekend
