you can fit yourself but if it has gone off you will poss need a new computor as well.
be carefull tho they contain a shot-gun cartridge.

Do it yoursefl its easy only thing to do is you need the crash/reaction removing from the airbag computer £60 or so have a lok on Ebay there a place which does it just remove yourcomputer (its infromt of the gearstick so remove the lower central cover and you won't miss it the plugs on the drivers side.) sent that to him he'll send it back with no faults on it and the light on the dash will go out.

dont understand how it went off as there wasen't anyone in the passenger seat or the seat belt not in the clip ???.
