Evening all!
Been on here and a fully fledged member before when I had both of my 172's but now I am older I was looking for something with a bit more..."comfort" so over the weekend just gone i picked up this from another forum member near Edinburgh!
Not without its issues but I work in the trade so aiming to get the mechanical issue sorted first before cracking on and sorting out the many shades of red to be found!
Mechanical issue is, under load in lower gears it has a "drone" and vibration from the NSF had a quick look on the jack after work tonight and can only see a slight tear in the Swivel Ball joint but could this be the issue? didn't feel like much play to be honest and I don't think it would cause that much noise!
