Print Monitor Software

I've had a look round and can't seem to find what i'm looking for...

Basically I want a bit of software that sits on one of our servers and monitors a particular directory and prints whatever appears in it, does anyone know if such software exists?

Never heard of it. Could you not right a Batch command to do it, then schedule it run like every 30 mins?
