Private Plates????????

About 8 years ago i used to own A7SGS had it since it's release, at the time just bought new house etc etc, anyway sold car with plate.............downsizing.

Anyway gets a call today from someone who is about the fifth owner of car since i sold it saying do i want plate?????????????

Now whats it worth cash?????????

He wants £500 for plate, bit strong me thinks..............as with all transfers looking like £700+.

Any CS'er out there know how i can trace another plate i want to buy?????????????

im pretty sure this is impossible to do...??

But i may be wrong...

people who work for insurance companies "can" find out....but this could lead to them loosing job etc...

best thing to do is ask people to keep a look out on the road...

if ther was a way...think of the loonies that could hunt you down if you "cut them up" or annoyed them

Suppose your right, but it's out there & i just need to find it.............it wasn't bought, dvla told me it was general release ie it's just a plate could be on anything!!!!!!!!
