I'm with them, but no mods to declare. reasonable quotes though.
BUT, I had an accident july 2007, someone pulled out of a give way side junction, forcing me onto the wrong side of the road, then proceeded to turn right and into the side of me. They still have done nothing. I don't hear anything until I've chased up at least 2 or 3 people each time I ask for details. I've written a letter of complaint saying I will make a complaint to the insurance onburdsmen (spel?) if they don't do something and I still don't know whats happening with my claim.
As soon as I've cleared my claim I won't be re-insuring with them

I'm with them too... also wondering how good they are with mods!
But seems everyone has a standard car with them lol. Only thing is, on the forms confirming your insurance it does have a section regarding modifications and changes and in my box it just says NONE which makes me think they could write mods in there if you had any!?

I was with them. Moved to greenlight/highway because of mods, privilige will cover them but not as cheaply as greenlight (free!!). Customer service not always great but accident service was brilliant when someone drove into the back of me; repaired within a week and never had to pay a penny

Same appart from the accident service... Took over 2 months of the car going back and people ordering wrong parts etc. Not Privelidge's fault but if you do ever have a bump, make sure they dont select the local s**t garage! I wasn't aloud many mods till I turned 25 ffs! Greenlight are much cheaper and better
