Problem with gearbox

Hi, I have a little problem with my clio,
the gear pole (don't know if that's right) doesn't stay put when I drive the car around, it stays in gear but moves a lot and it's really annoying. I had it checked out, and it did not seem to be the gearpad or the motorpad so I really have come to a dead end.
Anyone know what this could be ?

Its a gear stick in English. Anyway, it will be engine movement causing the gear stick to move, the dogbone mount would be the first thing to check.

As said, check both the dogbone gearbox mount (going from the subframe to gearbox) and the upper gearbox mount for play..

Greatest way to check is put the car in First with the handbrake on and hit biting point, youl hear it knock if it's the dog bone
