I have a Renault Clio Alize (2000) and I am having problems with it stalling intermittently, also it will lose revs and it has sometimes increased revs. When it stalls it will start again straight away usually, it has been to 3 garages on diagnostics machines and they cannot diagnose the problem! Was wondering if anyone out there could help or suggest any solutions or ideas?

Problem with stalling

Off the top of my head, not knowing the engine at all, it sounds like an idle valve.
If it's a cable throttle, on the side of the throttle body there will be a small solenoid valve which controls air flow to the engine at idle.
I'm assuming revs only go up and down like that when you are off throttle?
