problem with virgin media tv

had virgin cable for a year or so now and bbc3 is a real bad reception its been fine for ages and has just started has anyone else had this?

probable a problem with the signal.call faults who will send "hits" to the box. if this doesnt fix it they will send a tech round to fix/replace the box

I have trouble with ITV4 on mines.

Have you tried re-booting the box?

what just taking the wire out ie unplug the mains
