Problems removing the rear bumper on a 182

  Titanium 182
I've got the 10mm bolts off either side of the exhaust, as well as the T30 screws at the top of the bumper and the 2 screws either side of the arch liners holding it in place but the bumper still won't budge.

I can feel a bolt (8mm possibly 10mm) behind the arch liner, is this what's holding it in? Getting to it without taking the wheels off seems like a complete bugger!

I did a quick search but nothing that really helped me came up.

If I remember, there's
two torx screws at the top
two bolts underneath the bumper about number plate distance apart
two bolts at the top of the arches either side, holding the corners of the bumper onto the rear quarters.

But which size? I've done it all apart from them but a 10mm just seems to spin on them!
