Problems

Hi all! I have a renault clio dynamique 04 reg (to young for a 172 or 182 at the mo.) and ive been having a few probelms with mine. its now a year on from when i brought it. The main problems ive been having are,

Front drivers side break pad worn down to metal (but others on 3/4!)

Airbag service light come on

Exhuast seems to be blowing as well (dont know how to decribe but seems when im not moving it just doesnt let the fumes out evenly just makes it build up and then does little puffs)

Any one else been having these problems?

or the reasons why the exhuast might be doing this?

airbag is the only one i can help with.....just fiddle with the cable blocks under the drivers ad passenger seat. I usually find the passenger 1 to be causing the problem when it happens to me.

Agreed, airbag light is under drivers seat, if you have 3door car, and the drivers seat is being moved back and forth to let people in/out, then the cable gets stretched. Renault will put a longer cable in under warranty, that the best bet, as it costs nothing, and you get courtesy car for day to (ab)use

Dont forget you get 3 years warranty, and as long as the problems are not wear and tear or from abuse, then the dealer should sort them for free.

Thanks for the help. Got the Wires redone on Warrenty. They checked my Exhuast as well and said it was fine. Got the Disks and Pads replaced, stil not o happy that one worn 10x quicker then others.
